The activities consisted of different age and weight categories as well as an obstacle course of various challenges, from tyre flips and leopard crawls to sprints and hurdles. More than 400 SAPS members from all over South Africa participated in the tough but fun competition.
Personal fitness is always an added advantage for the individual and the South African Police Service members. A healthy body house a healthy mind and this also enhances service delivery to the community. Next year, I will also participate!”
Congratulations to Warrant Officer Jackie van Rensburg who represented Sabie. Jackie won a gold medal during the National Functional Fitness Championship.
