Sabie Primary held the Grade 7 Entrepreneurs day on September 21st, and also celebrated Heritage Day. Learners were allowed to wear clothes that represent any culture or normal clothes for a fee of R5, fundraising for the school at the same time.

“Heritage Day is a South African public holiday celebrated on 24 September. On this day, South Africans across the spectrum are encouraged to celebrate their culture and the diversity of their beliefs and traditions, in the wider context of a nation that belongs to all its people and includes the whole nation.” Wikipedia

Some of the learners and teachers looked really well in their traditional clothes. Juliana Zviuya and Thato ‘Van’ Mathebula set an example in their traditional clothes. In Juliana’s case, traditional with a twist, but as always, she looked beautiful.
