The annual Woodlands Golf Day was held on April 14th at the Sabie Country Club and was once again a success.

The golf day took the form of an IPS Competition over 18 holes. A shotgun start for the morning and afternoon field and lots of fun on the golf course was promised by the organizers.

Forty players entered the Woodlands Golf Day and approximately R10 000 were raised. All the funds raised will be used for Woodlands School. Fun fines where included on the to-do list, miniscule fines for things like actions on the course e.g. wearing the wrong colored hat; all in hopes of raising good spirit. “We cannot specify all the sponsors for the list are too long, but we want to thank each and every one for their support, including teachers and parents and the SGB of the school,” Nicole Brummer, organizer, said.
